Hotel Victoria uses the terms and conditions according to the UVH

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms and conditions on which catering establishments set up in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, bars and related businesses (including catering firms, party service firms, etc.), provide catering services and enter into catering agreements.

 

Rates and VAT Adjustments

• VAT Rate for Accommodation: In accordance with the amended Dutch legislation as of January 1, 2026, the VAT rate for accommodation has been increased from 9% to 21%. The displayed room rates include this statutory rate.

• Breakdown of Services (Reduced VAT): To ensure billing transparency, a fixed amount of €25 per person per night will be itemized on the hotel invoice at the reduced VAT rate (9%). This covers breakfast and other services that fall under the lower VAT category.

• Price Adjustments: Hotel Restaurant Victoria reserves the right to adjust the total price should further changes in statutory tax rates occur between the time of booking and the actual stay.
